Therapy
Choosing the right therapist for you is important. You might want to talk to several people before you make your decision. We can chat by phone, or you can come and meet me to help you understand if we're a good fit.
I'm a person-centred therapist. I offer 50 minute sessions, in person, by telephone or video. We can meet in my garden room, or we can walk and talk in Birkenhead Park.
Sessions cost £60.

I have worked at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre on the Wirral for 35 years, and I currently see NHS patients there for two clinics each week. I have been a volunteer counsellor at Childline for seven years.
